BUILT TOUGH - These safety catches, made with 10 & 11-gauge steel and welded to a 3-sided face plate, offer the security and grip required when using the CAP Barbell FM-905Q Series & FM-CS7000F rack. The peg diameter is 3/8” or 9.5mm, and they fit on a 2x2-inch tubular frame.

HEAVY-DUTY - With a maximum static weight capacity of 500 pounds and constructed with 10 & 11-gauge steel, these catches can safely support heavy loads. The durable powder coat finish helps to prevent rust and corrosion. Please note that catches are sold separately and are not included with the rack.

ADJUSTABLE - You can easily adjust the safety catches to your preferred height for squats or bench presses. Simply twist and pull the spotter arm and insert it into the desired height. The spotter arms are reinforced with rubber padding to reduce weight room noise and protect the finish of your bar.

DEPENDABLE - The 16-inch length of these spotter arms provides the necessary support when lifting heavy weights. The welded end caps prevent the bar from rolling or slipping off the safety arms.
